Terms of Service

By accessing or using services provided by Digital Seller School LLC("DSS", "we", "us", "our"), including our landing pages, opt-in forms, video sales letters, automated messaging system ("LEA"), and sales consultations (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

DSS provides educational content and training programs related to Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) business operations. The Service includes:

• Educational video content
• Opt-in materials (free guides, courses)
• Automated messaging for lead engagement and qualification
• One-on-one coaching programs (paid)
• Sales consultations with human representatives

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting opt-in forms
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt, bypass, or compromise our systems
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our proprietary content without permission
• Respect our intellectual property rights

By providing your phone number or opting in via Instagram, you consent to receive automated SMS messages and Instagram Direct Messages from LEA, our automated messaging system. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to SMS messages
• Blocking our Instagram account
• Emailing info@digitalsellerschool.it

All content provided through the Service, including videos, written materials, and training modules, is the intellectual property of DSS or its licensors. You may use such content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use requires our explicit written permission.

If you enroll in a paid coaching program:

• Payment terms, refund policy, and program details are provided in a separate coaching agreement
• These Terms remain applicable in addition to the coaching agreement
• In case of conflict, the coaching agreement prevails for paid-program-specific matters

The Service provides educational content. We do not guarantee specific financial results, business outcomes, or Amazon FBA success. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and numerous factors outside our control. Past testimonials do not guarantee future results.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DSS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, and Governing Law survive termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Curry County, New Mexico, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

For EU-based users, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under EU consumer protection law.

This product/service uses Instagram and Facebook Business APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and is therefore subject to and operates in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

This product is not endorsed, certified, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc."Instagram" and "Facebook" are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Use of LEA does not require you to provide your Meta credentials. Lead interactions on Instagram occur exclusively through Meta's official Business APIs and adhere to Meta's 24-hour HUMAN_AGENT messaging window policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any coaching agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and DSS regarding the Service.
